Class Structure:
Warm-up (5 minutes):

Begin with light stretching exercises to prepare young bodies for physical activity.

Coordination and Movement Exercises (5 minutes):

Basic Tennis Drilling (25 minutes):

(15 minutes):

Depending on the session the kids will play against each other to learn basic tennis scoring that they will use in the future when engaging in tournaments.

Cool Down (5 minutes):
